The Bakewell Agricultural & Horticultural Society’s inaugural Bakewell Country Festival will take place on Sunday 17 July 2022 from 10am to 6pm, on the Bakewell Showground.
It will be an exciting family day out that will combine a wide range of traditional agricultural activities and family entertainment, including food and drink outlets, shopping and more.

The stated aims of the Bakewell Horticultural Society, which dates back to 18th century, is to: “To provide an independent voice for local agriculture, horticulture and forestry, lobbying on their behalf and supporting best practice in food production and the use of natural resources.’
