When eating out we’re often frustrated with the wine lists we are presented with, especially the limited choice of wines by the glass.
Here is our antidote, a wine list we enjoy choosing from.
- We offer 35 wines by the glass, which are charged at the fractional rate of a full bottle;
- We serve wine in glasses of 3 sizes: 125ml, 175ml and 250ml;
- We price on cash margin so the better wines are within reach;
- You can try the premium wines without breaking the bank or being forced to buy a whole bottle;
- We don’t offer house wines, but you can select a wine purely on value — whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed;
- If you’re celebrating or would like to sample some real classics, try a Chablis, Sancerre, Amarone, Chateauneuf or Margaux. They are incredible wines, most of which we doubt you will find by the glass or at these prices elsewhere.
Our team are happy to let you taste any wine and they also offer their recommendations, but please choose the wines you enjoy with whatever you’re eating — there’s no wine snobbery here!
It is undeniably true that food can be enhanced with the right wine and visa versa, but with our wine pricing you can choose better wines, by the glass.
You can enjoy Sancerre, Premier Cru Chablis, Chateauneuf, Amarone or Pauillac — all available by the glass — at a fraction of the typical restaurant or pub prices.
